WHITE – La Patagua
‘A juicy blend of organic Semillon & Moscatel with a naturally hazy complexion. Expect a fruit driven character of pear drops, fresh pineapple & apple blossom with an energizing get-up-&-dance acidity.’
RED – La Cueva
‘This quaff-able red is produced using the old Chilean grape Pais, alongside Carignan and Cabnernet Sauvignon. All three grapes come together to provide a balanced, fresh red with a moreish quality.’
FIZZ – Bernardi
‘Fermented at a slightly lower pressure than prosecco, making for a gentle fizzy wine with heaps of character!’
ORANGE – WAAS
‘Gentle skin contact means this orange wine has the drinkability traits of white wine but with the added complexity of red. Apricot yoghurt, white flower and quince vibes’.
