Château l’Ermite d’Auzan, Blanc

Description

A multi generation family estate that can trace its winemaking roots back to the 12th century located just South of Nimes. Like many producers in the region, they take full advantage of the stones known as ‘Galets,’ that absorb heat and allow for a more consistent exposure of warmth for the grapes. 

This blend allows for the texture and richness from the Grenache Blanc alongside some balancing acidity from the Roussanne that is picked a few days later, whilst Viognier adds body and perfumed aromas.
