PART-TIME BARTENDER – JÖRO Restaurant
STARTING SALARY: £ (Hourly rate dependent on age and experience)
HOURS: 12 – 18 hours per week | Weekends and Evenings
LOCATION: Oughtibridge, SHEFFIELD
JÖRO is seeking a passionate and professional Part-Time Bartender to join our dynamic Front of House team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of one of Sheffield’s most exciting and acclaimed restaurants at a time of growth and innovation.
We are currently launching our new terrace with outdoor kitchen and bar, where we’ll serve a curated menu of seasonal cocktails, wines, and small plates. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a refined guest experience across both the bar, terrace and our award-winning tasting menu restaurant.

Your Role
As a Bartender, you’ll work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to craft and serve outstanding drinks that reflect the ethos of JÖRO. You’ll also have opportunities to rotate through restaurant sections, learning both bar and floor service at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building guest rapport and maintaining the highest level of guest service and interaction
• Creating and serving drinks to the highest standards, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and house-made elements
• Providing seamless bar and table service across both the terrace and main restaurant
• Managing bar prep, stock, and cleanliness
• Learning and upholding all menus and beverage offerings
• Maintaining ambience and service standards in line with JÖRO’s brand
• Interacting with guests in a professional, warm manner
• Supporting broader front-of-house duties when required
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous bar experience in a quality-led venue
• Passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in food and drink
• A smart, presentable appearance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm under pressure, with a proactive and positive attitude
• Eagerness to learn, contribute to the team, and grow within the business
• High level of attention to detail
• Understanding of hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
