Fire Terrace Dining Club brings together JÖRO, KONJÖ and House of Suntory for a one-night open-fire dining experience on the terrace, with each course served alongside a bespoke Hibiki whisky serving, included within the ticket price.
Guests will be seated around a communal table for a fire-led menu showcasing bold, ingredient-driven dishes that combine the flavours, techniques and produce of both JÖRO and KONJÖ.
Created by Head of Drinks, Oliver, the whisky pairing is built around Hibiki Harmony – Suntory’s flagship whisky, known for its balance, precision and layered complexity – taking you through a progression of flavour, texture and seasonality across the evening.
With just 12 seats available, Fire Terrace Dining Club is a limited, intimate and one-off experience.
