El Majuelo has been a well regarded producer of Sherry Vinegar in Jerez, Spain since 1894. This sweet and rich sherry vinegar is produced using the Pedro Ximénez grape; a white Spanish varietal specific to the Andalusian region, known for its luscious sweetness. Boasting a long-lasting taste on the palette and a soft mouth feel, this vinegar is extraordinarily aromatic and smooth thanks to its 2 year sojourn in American oak barrels. Drizzle over any dish to enhance the flavour, particularly complimentary with game and duck.
