de Ai is an exciting sparkling sake addition to our portfolio. With a low alcohol level of 7.5% and two sizes – 720ml and 250ml – this is a very accessible sake. A superb drink for sake newbies and sparkling wine lovers.
de Ai – meaning “perfect match” – has a very approachable profile. Crisp elderflower, peach, grape, citrus & grapefruit are present on the nose leading to similar flavours but with additional green apple notes. Light-bodied, dry with a lovely, fine mouse; this is a sophisticated & refreshing sparkling sake with good and refreshing acidity. Perfect as an aperitif or for relaxing on a summer’s evening.
