Our neighbours at Bullion are one of only a handful of UK companies to craft chocolate using the process of Bean-to-Bar – importing cocoa beans and making chocolate from scratch. Taking a hands-on approach, they unlock the ‘hidden gold’ in cacao: the distinct flavour nuances that beans from carefully selected farms can produce.
Following in the footsteps of craft coffee and craft beer, bean-to-bar craft chocolate carries similar values of small batch, transparency and superior quality.
Origin: 44% Ecuador, Santo Domingo
A single origin milk bar, made using only the finest heirloom Cacao Nacional beans from the Cedeno Aguilar family farm in Santo Domingo. This farm stretches out amongst the rolling hills in the heart of Ecuador’s cacao growing region.
