AXL by JÖRO

AXL is Luke French’s test kitchen, hidden above Restaurant JÖRO.

AXL has just four seats available and offers an intimate yet interactive dining experience with Luke, where he will prepare & cook the dishes in front of you, whilst explaining them at every stage.

Expect a unique experience with Luke as he welcomes you behind the scenes, sharing his imagination, passion, knowledge and philosophy of everything we do at JÖRO.

Luke will serve you a minimum of 10 courses.

Please allow a minimum of 3 hours for this experience.

Bookings are available:

Wednesday from 7pm

Thursday – Saturday from 12:30pm

Due to the nature of the menu at AXL, some allergies and dietary restrictions can be accommodated to a certain degree and at our discretion. However we are unable to cater for a vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or dairy free diet. We advise you email bookings@jororestaurant.co.uk to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions you or your guests may have.

Reservations are subject to availability. Specific dates may not always be available as we have only one table for this experience. Alternate dates will be offered however.

Voucher Terms & Conditions;

Gift Voucher Reservations must be made via email to bookings@jororestaurant.co.uk

Please bring your physical voucher along as printed on the day of your visit, presenting it either at your table when you dine with us, or upon check in.

Any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount paid on this voucher must be paid in full at the end of your visit.

Maximum 4 Guests.

Our AXL chef’s table menu is priced per person. All drinks and accommodation is booked and charged separately. Please email to enquire. Bookings must be confirmed via email. AXL is not available to book on our reservations system.

Gift vouchers are issued with an expiry date as printed on your voucher. JÖRO reserves the right to refuse a voucher after its expiry date.
