For the first time in 10 years, we’re making Christmas puddings for our guests instead of just for ourselves…

Let our secret recipe Christmas Pudding take centre stage this year! 

Our festive pudding is absolutely mega, and packed out with Yorkshire Parkin, walnuts, citrus and all the juicy, plump festive fruits, soaked in brandy, brown butter-Toki Japanese whiskey for that extra boozy Christmas day celebration.

 

Ingredients (allergens in bold)

Oatmeal, panko breadcrumbs, plain flour, pain de piece (cereals containing gluten, wheat), butter (dairy, milk), honey, water, baking powder, ground ginger, spice mixed spice, salt, nuts, walnut (nuts), beef* suet, sugar demerara, mixed peel fruit (orange peel, lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, citric acid), raisins, sultanas, currants, carrots, apples bramley, orange, sugar black treacle, brandy, brown-butter washed-Toki Japanese whiskey, (sulphites, alcohol*), eggs (egg), calcium carbonate, iron, niacin thiamine), margarine (vegetable oils, (rapeseed oil, palm oil in various proportions, rspo sourced) water, salt, emulsifier polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, colours curcumin, annatto, flavourings), raising agent sodium bicarbonate

 

Important notes:

Contains beef & alcohol and may contain traces of other nuts & fruits.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight in a space free from strong odours. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.

Large Christmas Pudding | 1kg Serves 4-8 people | £30

Small Christmas Pudding | 600g Serves  2-4 people | £15

 

Serving suggestions:

Steam or microwave until 75c in the centre. (optional, product can be eaten from chilled/room temperature, if you wish). Serve with your favourites!
