Join us on Thursday 5th December, as sake expert, Sarah Stewart, guides you through a selection of sake paired with our team’s favourite seasonal cheeses.
Sarah is a WSET certified Sake educator at West London Wine school, where she teaches WSET qualifications alongside her own original classes covering a wide variety of sake, wine and food pairing topics. She lived in Japan for 2 years and returns annually for further hands-on sake training.
Hosted at House of JÖRO, our boutique accommodation and chefs table event space – this evening is super limited with only 10 seats available per session. 2 hours are allocated for this experience. Your ticket also entitles you to a 20% discount on all Sake purchased to take away after the event.
