Description
Integro Verdeca Organic is a delicious dry white wine made from the ancient Verdeca grape variety, known for its green colour that remains even when fully ripe. The hillside vineyards where these grapes are grown enjoy excellent exposure and ventilation, resulting in a wine that is well-structured, delicate, and elegant, with a fresh and lively taste.
This vegan and organic wine undergoes a gentle process that includes de-stemming, crushing, short cold maceration, and soft pressing, followed by fermentation at a cool temperature to preserve its freshness.
